职继协同视角下农村继续教育课程教学改革研究

Abstract：Fromtheperspectiveofvocationalandfolow-upcollaboration，theteachingandresearchofruralcontinuing educationcoursesplaysakeyroleinimprovingthequalityofurallaborforceandservingruralrevitalization.Intheprocessof movingtowardshigh-qualitydevelopmentoflandpolicyteachingattheTheOpen UniversityofSichuan，ithasexposedproblems suchasporintegrationofeducationalresoues，insufentinnovtioninteachingmodelsunreasoablecuiculumseting，and lowenthusiasmofstudentsforlearning.Inresponsetotheseproblems，teachingreformstrategiessuchascollaborative constructionoffaculty，collborativeoptimizationof teachingmaterials，innovativecollaborativeteachingmthods，improventof collborativecurriculumplaningandconstructionofcollborativeincentivemechanismsshouldbestrengthenedtopromotethe high-qualitydevelopmentoflandpolicyteachingattheTheOpenUniversityofSichuanandachieveprofesionalandcontinuous collboration.Thepositiveinteractionwithruralcontinuingeducationcuriculumreformprovidestalentsupportforthe implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
