职继协同视角下农村继续教育课程教学改革研究

Abstract:Fromtheperspectiveofvocationalandfolow-upcollaboration,theteachingandresearchofruralcontinuing educationcoursesplaysakeyroleinimprovingthequalityofurallaborforceandservingruralrevitalization.Intheprocessof movingtowardshigh-qualitydevelopmentoflandpolicyteachingattheTheOpen UniversityofSichuan,ithasexposedproblems suchasporintegrationofeducationalresoues,insufentinnovtioninteachingmodelsunreasoablecuiculumseting,and lowenthusiasmofstudentsforlearning.Inresponsetotheseproblems,teachingreformstrategiessuchascollaborative constructionoffaculty,collborativeoptimizationof teachingmaterials,innovativecollaborativeteachingmthods,improventof collborativecurriculumplaningandconstructionofcollborativeincentivemechanismsshouldbestrengthenedtopromotethe high-qualitydevelopmentoflandpolicyteachingattheTheOpenUniversityofSichuanandachieveprofesionalandcontinuous collboration.Thepositiveinteractionwithruralcontinuingeducationcuriculumreformprovidestalentsupportforthe implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
