不同施肥方式对党参土壤微生物多样性的影响研究

Abstract:TakingCodonopsispilosulaplantingsoilwithcontinuouscroppingobstaclesastheresearchobject,fourtreatments were setup: blank control(CK),single application of compound fertilizer(DS1),compound fertilizer + microbial inoculant 1 (DS2),and compound fertilizer + microbial inoculant 2(DS3). Iumina NovaSeq 6OOO sequencing technology was used' to analyze theefectsofdiferentfertlizationmethodsonthemicrobialcommunitystructureanddiversityofCodonopsispilosulasoil.The resultsshowedthattheombined treatmentofcompoundfertilizersandmicrobialinoculants(S2,DS3)significantlyimprovedthe speciesrichnessanddiversityofthebacterialcommunity,andpromotedfunctionalgroupsrelatedtocarbonandnitrogencycles suchasAcidobacteriotaandVerrucomicrobiotaaswellastheenichmentofnitrogen-fixingandphosphorus-disolvingbacteria suchasBlastomonasandcandidateUdaea,reshaping thesoil bacterialcommunitystructure.Singleaplicationofcompound fertlizer(DS)promotedtheexpansionoffungalcommunitiesitheshortterm,anditsspeciesichnessassignificantlyhigher thanothertreatments,butthecombinedtreatmenthadlitleimpactonfungaldiversityAttheFungallevel,therelative abundaneofAscomycotaincreasedinDS1andDS3,andtheBasidiomycetesdecreasedsignificantly;atthegenuslevel, beneficialgroupssuchasMortierellwereenrichedinthecombinedtreatment,buttheabundanceofpathogenssuchasFusarium hasalsoincreasedequringatentiontolong-termecologicalrisks.Betadiversityanalysisshowedthatthecombinedtreatment increasedthedispersionofbacterialcommunitiesbyintroducingexogenousfunctionalbacteria,whilesingleaplicationof compound fertilizer may inhibit some indigenous bacteria.
