设施环境调控对芦笋生长发育的作用机制研究

Abstract:Thestudyaimedatthedroughtstressproblemfacedbyasparagusgrowthinatypicalmid-temperatecontinental climateinYinchuan,andexploredthemitigationefectoffacilityenvironmentalregulation.Theexperimentsetupadailytemperature difference control group (day-night temperature difference <15C ) and a drought stress control group. The effects of temperature (day temperature 23~25qC ,night temperature 10~13‰ )andenvironmental factors such asrelative humidity (60 % ~65 % ) and CO2 concentration (600~800μmol/mol) )onthe physiological and biochemical characteristics of asparagus were studied. The resultsshowed thatunder thefacilityenvironment,therelative water content of asparagus leaves increased by 18.6% ,the osmotic regulating substance proline content decreased by 25.3% ,and the photosynthetic rate increased by 22.5% .Theroot activity increased by 25.1% ,and theyield increased by 41.3% compared with the open field. The research results can provide theoretical basisand technical reference for alleviating drought stress in protectedcultivation of asparagus in Yinchuan.
