Abstract：Againstthebackdropof global greenandlow-carbondevelopment，mygovernmenthaspromotededucationreform andtalenttrainingthrough policyguidance.The modernagriculturalindustrialpark intheThree GorgesReservoirArea hasan increasinglyurgentdemandforcompoundtalents.Chongqing ThreeGorgesVocationalCollgeandSchneiderElectricCompany cooperated tojointlybuildatechnologyapplicationcenter.Throughschol-enterprisecooperation，theycombinethecompanys technologicaladvantageswiththescholseducationalresourcestodeliverpracticalandinnovativetalentstotheindustryThe projecthasachievedremarkableresultsthroughinovativepracticessuchasestablishingatalenttrainingsystemthatconnects withthe"doublecarbon"goal，deepeningschol-enterprisecooperationandcollaborativeeducation，andinnovatingthe interational "doubleteacher"teachertrainingmodel，providingstrongsupportforthegreenandlow-carbontransformatioof the agricultural industrial park in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
