Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy，thesocialformofruralareashasalsoundergonetremendous changes.Ruralcommunitygovernanceisanaspectthathasatractedmuchatentioninimprovingtheurbanandruralgovernance system.ThroughthecaseofCommunityF，wecanfindthatcommunitygovernanceisinseparablefromthesocialcapital containedinthecommunityAssocialcapital，communitysocialorganizationshaveinjectedfreshbloodbeyondadministrative powerintoruralcommunitygovernanceinnovation.Thedevelopmentofcommunitysocialorganizationshasgreatlypromotedrural communitymobiliationandatmospherecreation.Intheprocessofcommunitysocialorganizationsparticipatingincommunity governanceinnovation，theaccumulationofcommunitysocialcapitalhasbeen increased，thus formingavirtuous cycle.
