摘 要:本文综述了茶叶在食品工业中的应用现状,分析了茶叶在食品工业中应用存在的农药残留超标、质量不稳定、消费者接受度低等问题,展望了茶叶在食品工业中的未来发展趋势,包括绿色健康理念的深度融合、技术创新推动产业创新、跨界跨学科融合技术的引入、产品的多样性和个性化以及便携性和即时性。

The Application Status and Future Development Trend of Tea in Food Industry

Abstract: This article summarizes the current application status of tea in the food industry, analyzes the problems of excessive pesticide residues, unstable quality, and low consumer acceptance tea in the food industry, and looks forward to the future development trend of tea in the food industry, including the deep integration of green and healthy concepts, technological innovation to promote industrial innovation, the introduction of cross-border and interdisciplinary fusion technologies, product diversity and personalization, as well as portability and immediacy.
