Factors Affecting the Accuracy of Food Physicochemical Testing and Improvement Measures

Abstract: Food physicochemical testing plays a crucial role in ensuring food safety. This paper delves into the many factors that affect the accuracy of food physicochemical testing, including sample collection and preparation, testing methods and standards, instruments and equipment, experimental environment, and the qualifications of testing personnel. At the same time, corresponding improvement measures are proposed to ensure the accuracy and reliability of food physicochemical testing results, providing powerful technical support for food safety supervision.
