摘 要：随着消费者食品安全意识的提高，对检测技术的速度和准确性提出了更高的要求。本文分析了食品安全检测技术的现状，探讨了生物传感技术、纳米技术、基因检测技术、免疫检测技术和光谱技术在食品安全中的详细应用，旨在推动食品检测技术的进一步发展和应用。

The Application of Food Testing Technology in Food Safety

Absrtact： With the increasing awareness of food safety among consumers， higher requirements have been put forward for the speed and accuracy of detection technology. This article analyzes the current status of food safety detection technology and explores the detailed applications of biosensing technology， nanotechnology， gene detection technology， immune detection technology， and spectroscopy technology in food safety， aiming to promote the further development and application of food detection technology.
