监督抽检在保障农产品质量安全中的重要作用探讨

摘 要：本文从农产品质量安全监督抽检的重要性与必要性、作用机制和现状入手，在监督抽检日常规范要求的基础上，浅析监督抽检在保障农产品质量安全中的重要作用，提出完善监督抽检体系、强化检验检测能力建设、强化信息公开与公众参与、强化执法与惩处等建议，旨在为我国农产品质量安全监管和执法监督抽检提供指导意见。

Discussion on the Important Role of Supervision and Sampling in Ensuring the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products

Abstract： This article starts with the importance and necessity， mechanism of action and current status of supervision and random inspection of agricultural product quality and safety. On the basis of the daily regulatory requirements of supervision and random inspection， it briefly analyzes the important role of supervision and random inspection in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products， and puts forward suggestions such as improving the supervision and random inspection system， strengthening the construction of inspection and testing capabilities， strengthening information disclosure and public participation， and strengthening law enforcement and punishment. It aims to provide guidance for China’s agricultural product quality and safety supervision and law enforcement supervision and random inspection.
