摘 要：食品质量安全与人们的身体健康和幸福安定息息相关。随着人们食品质量安全意识的显著提升，对食品质量安全也提出了较高的要求。因此，相关单位需要不断探寻有效方法，保证食品质量安全管理效果。本文分析食品质量安全管理存在的问题，并针对性地提出解决方法，旨在为提高食品质量安全管理水平提供相关参考。

Abstract： Food quality and safety are closely related to people’s health， happiness and stability. With the significant improvement of people’s awareness of food quality and safety， higher requirements are also put forward for food quality and safety. Therefore， the relevant units need to constantly explore effective methods to ensure the effectiveness of food quality and safety management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in food quality and safety management， and puts forward the corresponding solutions， aiming at providing relevant references for improving food quality and safety management.
