地铁列车制动力不足故障分析及优化

Abstract:Based on the fault of insuffcient braking force during the operation of the trains for a certain metro,the article introduces the interface between network traction and braking,the network control logic, the braking control logic and other control principles and analyzes the network and braking data according to the control principles.According to the on-site troubleshooting of hardwire circuit,it's concluded that the virtual connection of the short contact tag of the train terminal block leads to the erroneous output of forced braking release,emergency traction and other commands inside the brake control valve,which in turn causes the disconnection of the electric braking of the train and the inabilityof the braking system to respond to common/ fastbraking requests,resulting in the insufficient braking force of the train.Finally,it proposes the improvement solution of adding the brake control fault diagnosis and alarm to the network and braking software and optimizing the braking hardwire circuit. Now the improvement solution has been verified on car, guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of trains.
