某动力集中动车组动力车特殊工况下晃车原因分析及改进

Abstract:With the rapid development of rail transit,power-concentrated EMUs have demonstrated a highspeed and heavy-duty development trend.But this process has also caused carbody shaking problems. The power car of a 160km/h EMU experiences low-frequency shaking when running under special conditions, which seriously affcts passengers’riding comfort.To address this matter,the dynamic model of the power car is established through the utilization of SIMPACK software. The low-frequency shaking of the power car under special operation condition is restored under the original parameters,and then the cause of shaking is analyzed and judged as the mismatch between suspension parameters and wheel-rail contact conditions. Two types of suspension parameter matching schemes are proposed,and linear and nonlinear stability calculations and analyses are performed. The results suggest that the primary suspension of the power car is prone to yaw instabilityat low equivalent conicity,which leads to low-frequency shaking of the carbody.The smaller longitudinal stiffness of the primary suspension and the joint stifness of the anti-yaw damper are beneficial for enhancing the yaw stability of the primary suspension and improving the lateral stability of the power car.
