Abstract:The article describes the burning fault of brake components by excessve electricity existing in the welding process of railway freight cars,introduces the welding principle,describes the fault simulation test and analyses the cause of fault,and mainly analyses the impact of different welding wiring positions on the burning fault of braking components. It analyses the risk according to the working principle of the relief valve and the decomposition and inspection of the burning condition,plans and verifies the risk acording to the occurrence rate of burning,and finally proposes suggestions for optimization and improvement.
