动车组牵引系统综合设计仿真技术及应用

Abstract:The traction system of multiple unit is the coreof power,therefore,ensuring the“correct design once”is the primary task faced in the development process of complex traction systems.The conventional design mode based on files can’t satisfy current development need of traction system with “heavy tasks,short periods and high quality requirements”.The article takes the traction system of a model of multiple unit as the object of study,uses the model-based systems engineering(MBSE)method to create the need model,the function model,the architecture model and the function need verification model for the system as wellas the performance verification model based on multidisciplinary comprehensive verification and the 3D digital prototype model. The digital means are used to complete the need capture,analysis and verification in the schematic design phase before start of the detailed design so as to move the problem discovery and physical verification phase forward to the schematic design phase,which significantly shortens the subsequent design iteration cycle and reduces the design cost.
