CANFD总线在地铁车辆制动系统的应用研究

Abstract: Given the challenges and limitations of the CAN bus implementation in the present subway vehicle braking system and the communication requirements of the future braking system,this paper proposes a scheme to upgrade the train-level CAN bus of the braking system to a CAN FD bus.The interface design and bus communication protocol design suitable for the frame control brake system of subway vehicles are carried out based on the technical characteristics of the CANFD bus and braking system requirements. Verification is done through a series of tests,such as type test,communication conformance test and al-physical bench test. The results indicate that both the hardware and software of the CANFD bus conform to the relevant standards and meet the requirements of subway vehicle applications,and the CAN FD bus compensates for the shortcomings of the CAN bus in the application of the subway vehicle braking system,as wellas reserving the space for further enhancements.
