动车组包覆结构中曲面铝蜂窝等效方法

Abstract:As the aluminum honeycomb has the characteristic of high specific stiffness,it allows to realize the structure lightweight designof rail vehicles.On the basis of the equivalent formula of the constitutive theory of planar aluminum honeycomb structure,this article proposes an equivalent modeling method for the curved aluminum honeycomb in the clading structure of multiple units.The continuous orthotropic solid elements are used to simulate the curved aluminum honeycomb cores,and the material parameters are determined with the equivalent formula of the constitutive theory of planar aluminum honeycomb structure. Based on the geometric characteristics of the curved aluminum honeycomb,an exclusive material coordinate system is automatically established for each orthotropic solid element. In order to verify the corrctness of the equivalent model of the curved aluminum honeycomb,a finite element model of the curved aluminum honeycomb is obtained using the numerical simulation technology of extrusion molding,and this model is used as a detailed model of the curved aluminum honeycomb.The free modes of the detailed model and the equivalent model of the curved aluminum honeycomb are calculated respectively using the Optistruct software. The numerical results indicate that the proposed equivalent method for the curved aluminum honeycomb can accurately calculate the mode of the curved aluminum honeycomb,and its calculating efficiency is significantly higher than that of the detailed model.
