某出口米轨货车转向架关键技术研究及产品研制

Abstract：The article introduces the track characteristics and the technical diffculties of development for the bogies of an exported meter-gauge freight car and proposes the solution and the coping measures by adopting the key technologies for bogies of freight car such as the mid-cross support technology，primary axle box elastic positioning technology，double-acting constant-contact resilient side bearing technology and lightweight technology. Finall，it proposes the specific product realization solution based on the bogie of batery trailer. The service test result shows that all performances of the bogie meet the related technical requirements.
