高低温老化对车载电缆终端绝缘材料性能的影响

Abstract:Taking the insulation material for vehicle-born 27.5kV silicone rubber cable terminal as the object of study,the ageing test has been performed at 90°C , -40∘C and -40~90∘C respectively and the hardness,tear strength,relative dielectric constant,dielectric loss factor,volume resistivity and other parameters have been tested on the samples aged at diferent temperatures in order to study the impact of different temperature and time on the mechanical and electrical properties of the silicone rubber material. The test results show that the cyclic ageing at -40~90∘C has a greater impact on the hardness,relative dielectric constant,dielectric los factor,and volume resistivity of the silicone rubber samples compared to other aging methods. Due to the impact of high and low temperature cyclic aging on the conductivity and relaxation processes of the silicone rubber samples,the low-frequency loss and the relaxation loss of the samples increase with the increase of aging time,while the concentration and the mobility of the charge carrier also increase. The chemical bond fracture of the samples under high temperature aging at 90°C is more severe compared to other aging methods,resulting in a significant decrease in its tear strength.
