轨道交通车辆新型日检系统的研究与运用

Abstract:The daily maintenance of rail vehicles is the key of ensuring the safe operation of trains.The article mainly expounds the maintenance pattrns and shortages of the first-grade maintenance of multiple units and the daily maintenance of urban rail vehicles in China and introduces the innovation and practice to apply IoT,big data,robot,visual technologyand other technologies to the daily operation and maintenance of rail vehicles home and abroad. By analysing the shortages existing daily maintenance system,the article proposes an overallsolution to builda“mobile maintenance”system with intellgent patrol robot as carrier,the“fixed maintenance”system with the whole-car 360∘ dynamic image detection as carrier and the “new-type daily maintenance system”for rail vehicles on the train daily maintenance management software platform,and describes the main assemblies. Based on the verification and operation results of the“new-type daily maintenance system”,the article proposes the direction of further optimization of the system in terms of increasing the coverage of detection items,improving the accuracy of detection data and building an integrated “operation、maintenance、repair”data management platform. This solution can provide a reference for comprehensively promote the accurate,digital and inteligent new-type daily maintenance pattern for rail vehicles.

1我国轨道交通车辆运用检修现状和不足
我国动车组列车的检修具有统一的检修规程,实行以走行公里周期为主、时间周期为辅(先到为准)的计划性预防修检修体制,一共分为五级修程:一、二级检修为运用检修,在动车运用所内进行;三、四、五级检修为高级检修(定期检修),在动车段或主机厂内进行。(剩余7018字)
