Abstract:To solve the problem of filter screen blockage existing in the traction motor of urban rail vehicles,the article proposes an innovative monitoring and warning method.This method integrates in depth thethermodynamic principles of motors and the laboratory simulation data to build anaccurate prediction model and optimize the model with the data from actual operation,achieving the real-time and accurate monitoring of the filter screen blockage status.The system can immediately evaluate the degree of filter screen blockage of each single motor and trigger graded warnings accordingly,significantly reducing the difficulty and the time cost of troubleshooting of the after-sales service team.After application in the actual metro operation, this solution has not only achieved the early warning of the filter screen blockage,but also accelerates the transformation from regular maintenance to condition-based maintenance,improving the eficiency and accuracy of maintenance and providing a strong guarantee for the safe and eficient operation of the urban rail transit system.
