基于激光跟踪仪的轨道车辆车体挠度测量方法研究

Abstract:Rail vehicle body deflection is an important parameter directly related to vehicle carrying capacity,running performance and safety. Usually,the upward deflection of the carbody is preset in the manufacturing stage of rail vehicles,and surveillance is carried out on the change of the deflection of the carbody after the vehicle is put into operation for a certain period of time to ensure that the under-frame equipment is within the limit and the running performance of the vehicle is not affected.At present,the rail vehicle bodydeflection measurement can’t ensure simultaneously the accuracy,flexibility and eficiency.This paper proposes a vehicle body deflection measurement method based on a laser tracker,and a laser target mirror clamping device is designed.Combining alaser target miror,laser tracker and computer,a rail vehicle body deflection measurement system is established,which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, convenent operation and no restriction of application scenarios. The feasibility and advancement of this measurement method in practical enginering applications is verified by using the deflection measurement resultsof a laboratory displacement meter as a reference in the static strength test of the aluminum aloy structure of a subway vehicle.
