Study and Exploration of Customized Design Technology of High-speed Trains

Abstract： After years of efforts， Chinese railway industry has built 4 technical platforms for CRH “Harmony”series high-speed trains and through technical innovation，has successively developed“Harmony” CRH380 series high-speed trains and“Fuxing” CR400 series high-speed trains，experiencing the development history from pursuing advanced technologies of international railways to keeping pace with the advanced level of international railways. Nowadays，Chinese railways are intensively developing the CR45O series high-speed trains with a speed of 400km/h ， striving to lead the advanced level of international railways;and at the same time，implementing China's development strategy of high-speed railway“going global". Therefore，in the face of diversified and personalized needs of domestic and international railway markets，integrating existing standardized high-speed train platform technologies and relying on Chinese standard multiple units，building a technical platform for customized design of high-speed multiple units，starting from top-level technical indicators，decomposing them layer by layer，studying in depth their technical connotations，achieving quick customized design and forming a systematic and complete integrated design and manufacturing technology system is not only the development direction， targetand inevitable trend of the major mobile equipment manufacturing industry in Chinese railway passenger transport field，but also an important task that must be completed by Chinese railway high-speed train manufacturing industry under the“new normal”economic development of China.
