动车组油压减振器修程优化可行性研究

Abstract:The repair class optimization of EMU is of great significance to improving the eficiency of component use and reducing excessive maintenance. This paper introduces the present situation of shock absorber maintenanceand puts forward the optimization analysis route of the shock absorber repair class.From the aspects of operation reliability,bench test,simulation analysis and component performance after extended maintenance period,the relevant data analysis of supporting shock absorber repair class optimization is put forward. It is feasible to extend the disassembling repair period of shock absorbers to1.65 million kilometers, which provides technical reference for the research of repair class optimization of shock absorbers.
