机车噪声相关标准的发展演变

Abstract： Since locomotive noise is related to locomotive operation safety and environmental noise polution，standards relating to locomotive noise are important components of railway standard system. Through continuous development，to this day，China’s railways have basically established a systematic standard system on locomotive noise. In this paper，standards relating to locomotive noise released over the years in our country are combed and analyzed，main contents regarding locomotive noise requirements in standards are briefly introduced，relations between standards are clarified，deficiencies existing in standards are pointed out，and advices on revising of standards relating to locomotive noise are proposed. All of these can provide reference for the application and future development and revision of standard.
