Abstract： This paper introduces the development background，main performance parameters，dimensions and structure of the T8P over-eccentric weighing truck. It emphatically expounds the main purpose，functional characteristics，technical parameters，main structure and simulation and test of the lifting trolley in the truck. The successful development of the T8P over-eccentric weighing truck has filled the relevant gap in China. The lifting trolley in the truck has the characteristics of inteligent operation，accurate offset positioning，and wide verification range，which is conducive to improving the verification eficiency of the over-eccentric load detection deviceand ensuring the accuracy and uniformity of the measured values of the over-eccentric weighing device for freight cars in Chinese railway.
