Abstract:With the national“dual carbon” strategy,as a green and low-carbon mode of transportation,rail transportation should be responsible for the sustainable development of public transportation. This paper introduces energy-saving and low-carbon technologies for rail vehicle equipment from the directions of optimized structural design,new structural materials, high-efficiency traction systems, advanced airconditioning systems,and environmental braking systems. It respectively introduces the research and application of domestic and international products in aerodynamic performance improvement,lightweight structural design, flame-retardant magnesium aloy,advanced composite materials, permanent magnet synchronous motors,silicon carbide power devices,inverter air-conditioning,new refrigerants,regenerative braking technology,electro-mechanical braking,and oil-free compressors,etc.It points out the research focus and development direction of green equipment products and technologies for rail vehicles,and assists the sustainable and high-quality development of China's rail vehicle equipment manufacturing.
