Abstract:In order to promote the green and intelligent development of China’s urban rail transit,optimize the fulload rate of trains during operating hours,and solve the problem of capacity waste caused by uneven passenger flow distribution,the urban rail transit industry urgently needs to develop fully automatic subway trainswith flexible marshalling capabilities.Inview of the shortcomings of existing fixed marshalling technology,a brand-new train network control system for fully automatic trains with flexible marshalling capability.Firstly,the network topology of trains is introduced;Then,the key technologies of the network systemare designed according to the scenario requirements,including fully automatic driving,flexible marshalling and multi-network convergence technology;Then,according to the functional requirements,the key control strategies of the network system are developed,including remote wake-up and sleep,traction brake control,and automatic coupling and decoupling.Finally,the test results show that the software and hardware of the train network control system can meet the operation requirements. The results of the batch application and staticand dynamic tests in Beijing subway trains prove the rationalityand reliabilityof the network control system,and the development of fully automatic flexible marshalling trains is envisioned with new technology.
