铁路货车纤维复合材料应用前景分析

Abstract: In recent years,fiber composite materials have been widely used in various technical fields due to their advantages of light weight,high strength and corrosion resistance. In order to promote the further development of railway freight car technology,the application of fibercomposite materials in thefield of freight cars is becoming more and more urgent.Based on the introduction of the development history of domestic railway freight car materials,this paper discusses the technical advantages of fiber composite materials applied to railway freight cars by taking the application status offiber composite materials in rail transit field at home and abroad as the starting point.The technical problems that need to be studied and solved in the application of fiber composite materials as new materials for trucks are put forward from the aspects of technical standards, basic research,environmental protection recovery,economy and practicality,and loss repair. In view of the current situation of domestic technology development,it is suggested to adopt a gradual progressve application route from non-load-bearing parts,secondary load-bearing parts to main load-bearing parts and the parts that should be focused on at present,so as to provide strong technical support for fiber composite materials to promote the development of railway freight cars.

纤维复合材料(FRP)是指由纤维材料与基体通过缠绕、模压或拉挤等成型工艺而形成的复合材料,根据纤维材料性质的不同,常见的纤维复合材料主要分为碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)、玻璃纤维复合材料(GFRP)、芳纶纤维复合材料(AFRP)以及玄武岩纤维复合材料(BFRP)[1],纤维复合材料诞生于20世纪30年代,目前其已逐步扩展到人类社会的各个领域。(剩余7900字)
