Abstract： This paper firstly investigates the technology and usage of ground power supply for domestic railway passenger cars，analyzes the performance deficiencies，and puts forward the design scheme of technology upgrading and developing a new generation of high-frequency switching ground power supply based on IGBT. Then，it presents the technical characteristics and control circuit principle of IGBT high-frequency switching power supply，and proposes the design idea of improving the voltage stabilization accuracy of ground power supply by detecting the voltage and current signals at the output terminal of ground power supply， dynamically adjusting the related parameters of IGBT by using excitation signals，and then adjusting the output power supply of inverter circuit，forming closed-loop feedback control. This paper emphatically expounds the circuit design and control flow of the main circuit and control circuit of high-frequency switching ground power supply design based on IGBT technology，as well as the functional characteristics of key components，and comprehensivelyintroduces theoveralldesign schemeof the system.The field trial in the depot shows thatthe highfrequency switching ground power supply based on IGBT technology has the advantages of fast voltage regulation response， high voltage regulation accuracy， small ripple coefficient， high efficiency and energy savings.
