Abstract:In order to improve the anti-rollperformance of high-speed maglev trains and restrict the rolling motion of the carbody,a new anti-rollbar suitable for the suspension system of high-speed maglev trains was developedaccording to the design requirements of high-speed maglev trains.This paper presents in detail its design scheme,mechanical performance analysis and related test verification.The strength and fatigue life of the whole anti-roll barunder fatigue loadare checked by finite element analysis,and on this basis,the performance of fatigue is analyzed by Fe-Safe software,and the analysis results meet the requirements of fatigue design;At the same time,the anti-roll bar is subjected to system stiffess test,elastic test,fatigue test,and stiffness and fatigue test of bar connecting rod joint. Simulation analysis and test results show that the strength,stifnessand manufacturing processof teanti-rollbarfullymeettheapplicationrequirementsof the highspeed maglev train,and provide strong support for the safety,stability and comfort of the train operation.
