Abstract: During the service process,bonded joints willbe affected by many external factors and aging, which will affect their service life toa certain extent.This paper formulates,according to the service environment of rail vehicle windows,the laboratory environment corresponding to aging conditions,tests, based on the above aging conditions,the accelerated aging and fatigue performance,and evaluates the service life of bonded joints from the angles of static strength and fatigue vibration,respectively. The results show that high and low temperature alternating is the main factor affcting the joint strength.12O days of high and low temperature alternating aging is equivalent to one year of natural aging of the joint.The reduction coeficient of the joint after l2 years:of natural aging is predicted bydata fiting to beO.667.The fatigue test results show that,at an amplitude of 1.0~1.2mm ,the inflection point appears in the S-N curve,and the fatigue limit of the joint is 0.228MPa . Considering the cumulative attenuation coeficient of aging and fatigue of the joint,its residual static strength and fatigue strength both meet the design requirement of repair period of 12 years,and the static strength service lifeof15.96 years is takenas the fullife servicecycle of the joint.
