[Abstract]Neuropathic pain currently has no specific treatment due to its complex pathogenesis，diverse types of pain-causingdiseases，anduncertain treatment methods.With thedeepening researchonlaser therapy，high intensitylaser therapy has emergedasoneof thetherapeutic methods forclinical painrelief due to its significant analgesicefectandfew side effcts，and hasalsoreceived extensiveresearch andaention fromscholarsat home and abroad.This article mainly reviews the pathogenesis and related treatment methods of neuropathic pain，the mechanism of actionand indications of high intensitylasertherapy，and theclinical eficacyandsafetyanalysis of high intensitylaser therapy，inorder toprovidebasisandreference forthestudyofhigh intensitylaser therapy inthe treatment of neuropathic pain.
