[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effects of Ergometrine combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories on bleeding status，coagulation function indicators，uterine recovery，andadverse reactions in vaginal delivery parturients with scarred uterus.Method：A total of1O4 parturients with scarred uterus who underwent vaginaldeliveryinFuzhou MaternalandChild Health Hospitalfrom January2O22 to September2O24 were divided into the control group （ n =52，treated with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories）and the observation group（ n =52， treated with Ergometrineon thebasis ofthecontrol group）bytherandom number tablemethod.Thebleeding status （bleeding volumeat2and24 hoursafterdelivery），coagulation function indicators （TT，APTT，D-D，FIB），uterine recovery indicators （heightof uterine botom，the durationof intense uterine contraction，the durationoflochia rubra） and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result： The bleeding amount in the observation group at 2 and 24 hours after delivery were less than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The TT and APTT inthe observation group at 24 hours after delivery were shorter than those in the control group，the D-D was lower than that in the control group，and the FIB was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. The height of uterinebottomintheobservation groupat7daysafterdeliverywaslower thanthatinthecontrol group，theduration of intense uterine contraction was longerthan that inthecontrol group，andthe duration of lochia rubra was shorter than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion：The combination of Ergometrine combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories has a remarkable effect in preventing postpatum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery with scarred uterus.It can efectively reduce the bleeding amount，improve coagulation function，promoteuterine recovery，and has good safety.
