补肾壮骨方联合低濒电刺激治疗小儿足踝畸形伴下肢发育迟缓的效果

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effct of Bushen Zhuanggu Prescription combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation in the treatmentof foot andankle deformitycomplicated with lower limb development retardation in children.Method: A retrospective analysis was conducted on82children with foot and ankle deformity complicated with lower limb development retardationwho were treated in Departmentof Rehabilitation Medicine,Ganzhou People's Hospital from May 2022 to September 2024.They were divided into thecontrol group ( n =41,basic treatment) and the study group n =41,treated with Bushen Zhuanggu Prescription combined with lowfrequency electrical stimulationon the basisof the control group)according todiferent treatment methods,both groups were treatedfor6 months.The rehabilitation effect,ankle range of motion,bone metabolism related indicators [bone gla protein (BGP),procollagen type IN-terminal propeptide (PINP),tartrate resistant acid phosphatase 5b (TRACP-5b)],lower limb muscle strength and muscle tone [modified Ashworth scale (MAS), manual muscle test (MMT)] were compared between thetwo groups.Result:After treatment,the total effectiverate in the study group was 90.24% ,significantlyhigher than 73.17%in thecontrol group ( P <0.05).After treatment,the dorsiflexion, plantar flexion and varus of the ankle joint in the study group were better than those in the control group ( P <0.05). After treatment,the levels of serum BGPand PINP and the MMT scores in the study group were significantly higher han those in the control group,and the level of TRACP-5bandthe MASscore were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Zhuanggu Prescription combined with low-frequency electrical stimulationhasasignificantefectinthetreatmentoffotandankledeformitycomplicated withlowerlimb developmentretardation in children,which can effectively improve jointrange of motion,regulate bone metabolism levels,enhance lower limb muscle strength,and reduce muscle tension.
