[Abstract]Objective：To studythe effect of sequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine under threedimensional ultrasound follcular monitoring for infertilitycaused by polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Method： A totalof103patientswith infertilitycaused byPCOSadmitted tothe SecondAfiliated HospitalofJiangxi University ofCMfrom January2O19 to May2O23were randomlydivided into thecontrol group （ n =51，receivedconventional treatment）andthe observation group （n=52，received sequential therapyof traditional Chinese medicineunder threedimensional ultrasound follicular monitoring based on the control group）.The ovulation rate，serum sex hormones， clinical eficacyand pregnancyrate of the two groups were compared.Result： The ovulation rateof the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. After one treatment cycle， the progesterone （P） and estradiol （E2） levels inthe observation group were higher than those in thecontrol group，andthe testosterone （T）and luteinizing hormone （LH） levels were lower than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. The pregnancy rate of the observation group washigher than thatof thecontrol group （ P <0.05）.After6 monthsof follow-upaftertreatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion：Sequential therapy of traditional Chinesemedicineunder three-dimensional ultrasound follicularmonitoring forpatientswith infertility caused byPCOScan significantly improve ovulationand sex hormonelevels，and hasa positivepromoting effect on natural pregnancy of patients.
