撤针配合痛泻要方加味治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征肝气乘脾证的临床研究

[Abstract]Objective： To observe and compare the clinical effect of press-needle combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang inthe treatment of diarrheal iritable bowel syndrome with liver-qi restrain spleen syndrome with press-needle aloneandtraditional Chinese medicine alone.Method：Atotal of 9O patients with diarrhealirritable bowel syndrome with liver-qi restrain spleen syndrome diagnosedand treated in the Second Afiliated Hospital ofJiangxi University of CM from October 2022 to October 2O23 were selectedand randomly divided into pressneedle group， TCM group and press-needle + TCM group， with 3O patients in each group. The press-needle group was treated with press-needle alone，the TCM group was treated with modified Tongxie Yaofang alone，and the press-needle + TCM group was treated with press-needle combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang.The treatment time of the3groupslasted for4 weeks.The total clinical effectiverate，clinical symptomscoreand iritable bowel syndrome severity scoring system （IBS-SSS）score of the three groups were compared.Result： After treatment， the total clinical effective rate， clinical symptom score，and IBS-SSS score of the press-needle + TCM group were all superior to those of the TCM group and the press-needle group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Press-needle combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and IBS-SSS score of patients with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome，and the eficacyis better than thatof press-needle alone and traditional Chinese medicine alone.
