感知觉适度刺激联合预见性护理对脑出血术后患者肢体康复及神经功能的影响

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application effect of moderate sensory and perceptual stimulation combined withforesightnursing inpatientsaftercerebral hemorrhage surgery.Method：Atotalof1OO patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgeryadmited to Yantai Harbor Hospital from May 2O22 to December 2O23 wereselected and divided into thecontrol group （conventional nursing）and the observation group （moderatesensoryand perceptual stimulation combined with foresight nursing）according tothe random number table method，with 5O cases in each group.The NIHSS score，SF-36 score，incidence of deep vein thrombosis （DVT）ofthelower extremities，and FuglMeyer assessment scale （FMA） score between the two groups were compared.Result：After1 month of intervention， the NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention，whiletheFMA scores and the scores of each dimensionof SF-36 were higher than those before the intervention，the NIHSS score oftheobservation group waslower than that of thecontrol group，andtheFMA scores and the scores ofeach dimensionofSF-36 were higher than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.The incidence of DVTof the lower extremities in the observation group was 2.00% ，which was lower than 16.00% in the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： Moderate sensory and perceptual stimulationcombined with foresight nursing can improve the postoperative limb mobilityof patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery and accelerate the recovery of neurological function.
