[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect multi-stage nursing under the perspective knowledgetrust-action on patients with gastrointestinalpolypectomy.Method： According to therandom number table method， 80 patients who underwent gastrointestinal polypectomy in the First People's Hospital Fuzhou City from January 2023 to June 2O24 were divided into control group （routine nursing） and research group （multi-stage nursing under the perspective knowledge-trust-action），with 4O cases in each group.The health behavior，personality characteristics，psychological endurance and hope level the two groups were evaluated before intervention and one daybefore discharge （after intervention）.Result： After intervention，the scores all aspectsandthe total score the health behavior in the research group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. After intervention， the internaland external scoreandtheconcealmentscore the research group were higher than those thecontrol group，whilethe psychoticismscoreand the neuroticism score were lower than those the control group （ P <0.05）. After intervention，the proportion total tolerance intheresearch group was higher than thatin thecontrol group （P<0.05） . After intervention，the scores all aspects and the total score the hope level the research group were higher than those the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The multi-stage nursing under the perspective knowledge-trust-action can effectively improve the psychological endurance gastrointestinal polypectomy patients and improve thehope level patients toachieve good recovery effect.
