厚朴排气合剂在剖宫产术后快速康复中的应用效果

[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the application effct of Houpo Exhaust Mixture in the rapid recovery after cesarean section.Method：A total of 11O parturients after cesarean section at from January 2023 to October 2O24 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided intothe control group （55cases，conventional intervention）and the observation group （55 cases，with theaddition of Houpo Exhaust Mixture intervention on the basis of the control group）. The wound healing， gastrointestinal recovery，incidence of abdominal distension，and incision pain （VAS scores）and sweling scores were compared between the two groups.Result： The rate of complete healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the incidence of abdominal distension was lowerthan thatinthe control group，and therecovery time of bowel sounds，thetimeoffirstflatus passage，and the time offirst defecation were earlier thanthosein the control group （ P <0.05）.There were no significant differences in the VAS scores and swelling scores of the incision at 1 day postoperative between the two groups （ P >0.05）; the VAS scores and swelling scores of the incision at postoperative 3d and at discharge inboth groups were lower than those at postoperative1d，andthe scores inthe observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Houpo Exhaust Mixture significantly improves the woundhealingspeedaftercesareansection，acceleratesgastrointestinalrecovery，reducestheincidence of abdominal distension，and alleviates incision pain and swelling.
