SBAR沟通联合改良早期预警评分在CCU患者转运交接中的应用

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application of combination of situation-background-assessmentrecommendation （SBAR） communication and modified early warning score （MEWS） inthe transfer and handover of patients in cardiac care unit （CCU）.Method： Thirty-eight CCU patients admited to Pingxiang Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2O22 were retrospectively selected and enrolled as control group，and 42 CCU patients from November 2O22 to August 2O24 were included in study group.The control group used conventional transfer，the study group received SBAR communication combined with MEWS for transfer.The transfer time， handover time，incidence rates of major adverse cardiovascular events （MACE） during transfer and handover， occurrence ofaccidents during transferand handover，and satisfactionoffamily members of patients werecompared between the two groups.Result： Compared with the control group，the transfer time and handover time in study group were shortened，and the incidence rateof MACE during transfer and handoverand incidencerateofaccidents during transfer and handover were reduced，and the satisfaction of family members of patients was higher （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：SBAR communicationcombined with MEWScan efectively shorten the transfer and handover time of CCU patients，reduce the incidence rate of MACE during transfer and handover，decrease the occurrence of accidents during transfer，and it has good clinical application effect.
