振动排痰联合支气管肺泡灌洗对重症肺炎 患者的影响

[Abstract] Objective：To explore rapeutic effect vibratory sputum excretion combined with bronchoalveolar lavage on patients with severe pneumonia.Method：A total 1O2 patients with severe pneumonia admittedto Afiliated GannanMedical UniversityfromApril2O23 toApril 2025 were divided into a control group （received vibratory sputum excretion）and an observation group （combined with bronchoalveolarlavageon basis control group）byrandom number table method，with 5lcases in each group.The clinical eficacy，relief time symptoms and signs， improvement time blood routine， daily expectoration volume and respiratory function indicators two groups were compared.Result： Two weeks after intervention， total effective rate and Sa02 and oxygenation index observation group were higher than those control group （ P <0.05）.The relief time cough and expectoration， relief time pulmonary rale， time fever reduction，and improvement time blood routine in observation group were earlier than those in control group，and daily expectoration volume was more than that in control group （ P<0.05） . Conclusion： The treatment severe pneumonia patients with vibratory sputum excretion combined withbronchoalveolarlavage can significantly improveclinical rapeutic efect，accelerate relief clinical symptoms，increase dailyexpectorationvolume，and efectively improve respiratory function patients at same time.
