MDT医学营养管理模式联合渐进式运动处方对结直肠癌放化疗患者营养指标及疲乏症状的影响

[Abstract] Objective：To explore the effects of multi-disciplinary treatment （MDT） medical nutrition management model combined with progressive exercise prescription onnutritionalindicatorsand fatiguesymptoms in colorectal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Method：A total of 88 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing radiotherapyand chemotherapy admited to Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from August 2O23 to October 2O24 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method， with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy care，while the observation group received MDT medical nutrition management mode combined with progressive exercise prescription intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 6 weeks.The nutritional indicators，cancer-relatedfatigue，andqualityof life levels beforeandaftertheintervention were compared between the two groups.Result：After intervention，the nutritional index values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （ P <0.05）;after intervention，the cancer-related fatigue scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）;after intervention， the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion： The MDT medical nutrition management model combined with progressive exercise prescription can improve the nutritional status ofcolorectal cancer patients undergoingradiotherapyand chemotherapy，alleviate theirfatigue symptoms，and improve theirquality of life.
