Tg、Tg-Ab、TSH对分化型甲状腺癌全切术后转移复发的诊断价值

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the diagnostic value thyroglobulin （Tg），anti-thyroglobulin antibody （Tg-Ab），and thyroidstimulating hormone（TSH）for metastasisandrecurrenceaftertotalresection diffrentiated thyroid cancer （DTC）.Method：Aretrospective analysis wasconducted on the clinical data 75 patients with DTC admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from March 2021 to December 2024.All them underwent total thyroidectomy.According to the follow-up results，DTC patients were divided into the non-metastasis and recurrence group （3O cases）and the metastasis and recurrence group （45 cases）.The levels thyroid functionrelated indicators reexamined in the two groups during the postoperative follow-up were statistically analyzed， and the ROC curve was constructedto evaluate the value the combined diagnosis serum Tg，Tg-Ab，and TSH levels for metastasis and recurrence after total resection DTC.Result： Six monthsafter the operation，the levels serum Tg，Tg-Aband TSH inthe metastasisandrecurrence group were higherthan those inthe non-metastasis and recurrence group，the differences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.ROC curve analysis showed that the sensitivity and specificity thecombined diagnosis serum Tg，Tg-Ab，andTSHfor metastasisand recurrence after total resection DTC were 95.6% and 96.7% respectively，and the AUC was O.981， the overall diagnostic efficacy wassuperior to that single detection.Conclusion：The combined detection serum Tg，Tg-Aband TSH hasa high sensitivity and specificity for the assessment metastasis and recurrence after total resection DTC.
