[Abstract]Objective：To explore the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters and prostate volume inthe diagnosis of prostate cancer.Method： A total of 8O patients with prostate cancer admited to the Second Xiangya HospitalofCentral South University fromJanuary 2O12 to October 2O24 wereselectedas theobservation group，and another 57 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital during the same period were selectedas the control group for retrospective study.The time to peak （TTP），wash in slope （WIS）， mean transit time （MTT），peak intensity （PI），rise time （RT） and prostate volume were compared between the two groups. The ROC curve was used to analyze the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters and prostate volume in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.Result： The MTT，RT and TTP in the observation group were shorter than those inthe control group，PI and WIS were higher than those in the control group （ P<0.05 ）. Theproportion of prostate volume 25-40mL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，while the proportion of prostate volume > 60mLwaslowerhanthatin thecontrol group（ P <0.05）.The sensitivity of contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters combined with prostate volume in the diagnosis of prostate cancer was 96.3% ，the specificitywas 96.5 % ， and the AUC was O.962，which was superior to the detection alone.Conclusion： The combination of contrast* 基金项目：萍乡市科技计划项目（培育类）（2024PY094）
