Diagnostic Eficiency of Quantitative Parameters in Dual-source Spiral CT Enhanced Scanning for Liver Cancer/CHEN Wei, XIAO Yufeng.//Medical Innovationof China,2025,22(25):159-163

[Abstract]Objective: To explore the diagnostic eficiency of quantitative parameters in dual-source spiral CT enhanced scanning for liver cancer.Method:A total of 1OO patients who underwent dual-source spiral CT enhanced scanning in from October 2021 to April 2024 were selected. Among them,58 patients with livercancer were included in the observation group,and42 patients with benign liver tumors were included in the control group. The quantitative parameters of dual-source spiral CT enhanced scanning, including CT enhancement values and net increase values in the arteriovenous phase, iodine increase values in the arterial phase, and normalized iodineconcentration (NIC) inthe arterial phase were compared between the two groups. The diagnostic eficiency for liver cancer was analyzed using the ROC curve.Result: The net increase value of CT in the arteriovenous phase (CT AV ) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the iodine ncrease value inthe arterial phase and NIC inthe arterial phase were higher than those inthe control group ( P <0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the combined prediction of CT ,iodine increase valuein the arterial AV phase and NIC inthearterial phase for liver cancer had higher sensitivity, specificityandAUC thanthe individual predictions. Conclusion: Among the quantitative parameters of dual-source spiral CT enhanced scanning, the combined detection of CTAV ,iodine increase value in the arterial phase, and NIC in thearterial phaseprovides high diagnostic value for liver cancer, offering an effective imaging indicator for clinical liver cancer diagnosis.
