细节护理联合强化心理干预在辅助生殖技术助孕患者中的应用效果

[Abstract] Objective：To observe the application effect of detailed nursing combined with intensive psychological intervention in assisted reproductive technology（ART）fertility patients.Method： A total of 80 eligibleARTfertilitypatientsadmited to Yichun People's Hospital from January 2O22 to June2O23 wereselected and divided into two groups according to the random number method，of which 4O cases were given routine nursing intervention as the control group，and 4O cases were given detailed nursing combined with intensive psychological intervention as the observation group. The ART-related indicators，psychological state， sleep quality and nursing satisfaction werecompared of two groups.Result： After intervention，the clinical pregnancyrate and live birthrate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.After intervention， the psychological state score，sleep quality score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）. After intervention，the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P <0.05）. Conclusion：Detailed nursing combined with intensive psychological intervention can effectively improve the psychological state of ARTfertilitypatients，improve sleepquality，increase live birthrate andclinical pregnancy rate，and improve nursing satisfaction.
