[Abstract] Objective： To explore the application eect of quality control circle activity nursing of plan-do-check-act （PDCA） cycle mode in ultrasound examination of uterine appendages.Method： A total of 80 physical examines who underwent ultrasound examination of uterine appendages in the Third People's Hospital of Pingxiang City from January 2023 to May 2024 wereselected for thestudy.Since October 2023，our hospital hasbeen carrying out quality control circle activity nursing of PDCA cycle model.The physical examinees before andafter the implementation （from January to August 2023 and from October 2023 to May 2024）of this nursing model were respectively included in thecontrol groupand the study group，with 4Ocases ineach group.The control group received routine nursing，and the study group received quality control circle activity nursing of PDCA cycle model.Theultrasound examination time of uterine appendages，nursing ability，mastery of health care knowledge and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Result： The waiting time of ultrasound examination of uterine appendages among the physical examinees in the study group was shorter than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. The scores of nursing ability of nursing staff after the implementation were significantlyhigher than those of before the implementation （ P <0.05）. The mastery of health care knowledge score among the physical examinees in the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. The total nursing satisfaction of the physical examinees in the study group was higher than that in the control group （ P- <0.05）. Conclusion： Quality control circle activity nursing of PDCA cycle model can significantlyshorten the waiting time of ultrasound examination of uterine appendages，improve the nursing ability of nursing staf，improve the mastery of health care knowledge and nursing satisfaction of physical examinees.
