[Abstract] Objective:To analyze the effects left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) combined with radirequencycatheter ablation (RFCA)onembolism risk andquality life in patients with non-valvularatrial fibrillation (NVAF).Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on thedata 90 patients with NVAF admitedto QiandongnanPrefecturePeople's Hospitalfrom March 2O22 to March 2O24.They were divided intothe group A (given drug treatment), group B (underwent LAAC), and group C (underwent RFCA + LAAC) according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases ineach group.The embolism eventsand complications,quality life and readmission rate the three groups were observed and recorded.Result:The incidence embolism events in groupC was significantly lower than that in groupA( P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence complications among the three groups ( P >0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in symptoms,dailyactivities,treatment concerns,satisfaction scores and total scores among the three groups (P>O.05).After6 months treatment,the scores the above dimensions and the total scores in group C were significantlyhigher thanthose in groupAand group B,andthose ingroup Bweresignificantly higher than those in group A ( P <0.05).The readmission rate in group C was significantly lower than that in group B and group A ( P <0.05).
Conclusion:LAACcombined with RFCAcan more effectively reduce the risk embolism in patients with NVAF and improve their quality life.
