[Abstract]Objective：To study the clinical value of Modified Yiguan Decoction combined with sequential acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatmentof diminished ovarian reserve.Method：A total of72 patients with diminishedovarianreserveadmittedto JilinHospitalof Integrated Traditional Chineseand Western Medicine in Jilin Province from December 2023 to July 2O24 were included.They were divided intocontrol group （treated with conventional western medicine）andtreatment group （treated with Modified Yiguan Decoction combined with sequential acupuncture and moxibustion onthe basis of control group）by openrandomized controlled study，with 36 cases in each group.The improvement rates of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups，and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and menstrual score before and after treatment were compared. The emotion score and sleep score before andafter treatment were compared，and the serum hormone levels and basal antral follcles werecompared before and after treatment.Result： The improvement rate ofclinical symptoms inthe treatment group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After treatment，the sores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome， menstrual，emotion and sleep in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group，the diferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After treatment， the serum hormonelevels in the treatment group were beter than those in the control group，and the numberof basal antral follclesinthe treatment group was more thanthat inthecontrol group，withstatisticallysignificant differences （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： The combination of Modified Yiguan Decoction and sequential acupuncture and moxibustion shows significant clinical value in the treatmentof diminished ovarian reserve.This plan can efectively improve patients'clinical symptoms，traditional Chinese medicinesyndromesandbasalantral folicles，which is beneficial forregulating menstrual cycles，alleviating negative emotions，improving sleepquality，and maintaining stable serum hormone levels.
