[Abstract] Objective:To explore the effect of ultra-early rehabilitation therapy combined with Butylphthalideon the neuromotorfunction inpatientswith acutecerebral infarction.Method:A totalof1O2 patients with acute cerebral infarctionadmitted tothe FirstPeople's HospitalofFuzhou Cityfrom May2022 to September 2024 were assigned into 51 cases in the control group and 51 cases in the experimental group by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with intravenous injection of Butylphthalide Injection,and the experimental group was treated with ultra-early rehabilitation therapy on the basisof the control group,and the clinical eficacy was compared between the two groups,the NIHSS,activitiesof daily living (ADL),and FuglMeyer assessment scale (FMAS) were evaluated, and complications such as cerebral oedema and vasospasm were recorded.Result:After treatment,the total effective rateof the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the ADL and FMAS scores were higher than those of the control group,andthecomplication rate was lower than thatofthe control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Ultra-early rehabilitation therapy combined with Butylphthalide can promote the recoveryof neurological function inacute strokepatients,improve self-careabilityand motor function,andreduce complications.
